Declar pe proprie răspundere că:

  1. Articolul acceptat spre publicare reprezintă contribuția originală a autorului/autorilor, nu a fost publicat și nu este trimis spre evaluare la o altă revistă / volum colectiv.
  2. Articolul nu conține imagini, documente ori date ce sunt utilizate fără acordul deținătorului dreptului de copyright ori fără indicarea sursei în cazul celor publicate anterior.
  3. Transfer redacției Anuarului Institutului de Investigare a Crimelor Comunismului și Memoria Exilului Românesc dreptul de publicare, reproducere și distribuire a textului, inclusiv prin salvare într-o bază de date electronică.
  4. Permit diseminarea informațiilor precum numele, afilierea instituțională și adresa de e-mail în conformitate cu principiile Regulamentului General privind Protecția Datelor al Uniunii Europene.

hereby declare, on my own responsibility, that:

  1. The article accepted for publication represents the original contribution of the author(s), has not been previously published, and has not been submitted for evaluation to another journal or edited volume.
  2. The article does not contain images, documents, or data used without the consent of the copyright holder or without proper citation of the source in the case of previously published materials.
  3. I transfer to the editorial board of the Yearbook of the Institute for the Investigation of Communist Crimes and the Memory of the Romanian Exile the right to publish, reproduce, and distribute the text, including by storing it in an electronic database.
  4. I consent to the dissemination of information such as my name, institutional affiliation, and email address in accordance with the principles of the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
